The SunRail™ allows for a very strong solar array with minimal parts, thus lower costs. There are only lateral supports, and one track holds two panels.

Fast installations.
The SunRail™ tracks are easy to install and the SunJoint™ clamps are quick to attach, resulting in fast installations that minimize costs.

Roof penetration is flexible.
The beam attachments are placed directly on top of roof beams, which allows many options for contractors.

Layout does not depend on roof.
Because the SunRail™ can be designed to optimally fit any roof with beam attachments and then have transversal rails on top, the placement and size of solar panels become independant of the way the roof is built.

	1. Install beam attachments. • Place directly on beam. • Method of screwing/sealing is flexible. 2. Attach lateral supports. • Connect to beam attachments. • Provide solid support for panels. 3. Place bottom SunJoint™ clamps. • Start with bottom row only. • Single-sided and double sided clamps. • Clamps compatible with all panel frames.
	4. Place first row of panels. • Panels are held steadily in place. 5. Attach top clamps, install next row. • Use double-sided clamps if more rows. • Clamps compatible with all panels frames. • Repeat steps 4 and 5 until finished. • That’s it!

The SunRail™ Concept

A practical, low-cost mounting solution that maximizes performance and reliability on any roof or land. The SunRail™ is a patented aluminum extrusion that, combined with the patented SunJoint™ clamps, can be cut and assembled into any type of solar installation, of any size.

Aluminum Extrusion

The SunRail™ extrusion is used as the complete structure for mounting system . The unique aluminum extrusion is delivered to the project site in lengths of up to 24 feet., where it can be conveniently cut by the installer to fit any system size. Pre-cut beams are also available for certain standard setups. The SunRail™ extrusion provides exceptional strength for even the most heavy-duty projects, at a very competitive cost.

SunJoint™ Clamps

The SunJoint™ clamps are a small set of folded metal pieces with bolts and lock nuts that are used to rapidly and conveniently assemble the SunRail™ mounting system. Some of the SunJoint™ clamps robustly connect SunRail™ extrusions together into a mounting structure, while others are used to tightly attach PV panels, either with a standard frame or a SunEdge™ frame, to the mounting system. The clamps only require a wrench and can be tightened with one hand to build a solid mounting structure for virtually any project type or size.
